There are four IgG subclasses the levels of which vary with age. In particular IgG2 and IgG4 may not reach adult levels until the age of ten.

All requests for IgG subclasses will be tested for IgG1, 2, 3 and 4 plus total IgG, IgA and IgM. Interpret results in the context of the age-related reference ranges.
