- Upper abdominal pain that may spread to the back
- Yellowing (jaundice) of the skin and the whites of the eyes
- Diminished appetite and/or unexplained weight loss
- Digestive difficulties
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- New-onset of diabetes in people over 50
