You may be asked to attend one of our hospitals for a blood test with one of our phlebotomists and details of the main locations for this are listed below. You will be advised on the most appropriate location to attend by the healthcare professional who requested your blood test.

When you arrive at Chapel Allerton Hospital main reception desk, the blood testing department can be found by turning right, then left, and following the signs. The telephone number for the department is 0113 3924540.
